Panviman Resort Koh Phangan is a 30-minute boat ride from Koh Samui. Than Sadet Waterfall is about 4 km from the resort. Island transfers and shuttles can also be arranged for an additional charge.

The friendly staff were so helpful and thoughtful! We enjoyed the little treats like the bag of cookies and the goodnight card.

This property is really value for money. Located on the hill between 2 beatiful beaches which are one of highlights of the Island, with impresing views. But the value is mostly in perfect service which will make you to feel treated well. There are many restaurant, shoo, massage spots arround, including those which are directly on the beach. For sure can consider coming back, highly recommended

Great spot for the hotel

Very nice hotel, with private rooms and great location. The beach is lovely. The staff of the reception is very helpful and we did enjoy our stay.

1. Rooms are a bit outdated. Need some renovation 2. The breakfast is shameful for a 5 star hotel. It was less than minimalistic and i cannot say it was even basic. 3. The service in the 3 restaurants is horrible. You can wait for hours without being serviced or noticed.

Remote, nice and quiet place on Koh Pha-Ngan

Very friendly staff. Very large complex where you need to order a golf cart to get to reception if living on the far end. Quiet. Beautiful place in between two bays. Diverse breakfast with a nice view over the bay.

Comparatively small double bed despite large room (Pool villa). Small (but private) beach detached from the main beach by a small river. Related to the location: Getting around on the island is a bit tedious because the resort is located on the north-eastern part of Koh Pha-Ngan. You need to go south before visiting the western part because there is no connection in the north of the island. Roads are very steep because of the hills and the roads go just up the fall line instead of serpentines.

We loved our stay at Panviman! We had a room with a private pool and a beautiful view. It was quiet and private and romantic. The staff at reception and the tuktuk drivers were very kind and helped us with anything we needed. At the entrance to the resort you have a little village with everything you can think of - food, massage, laundry, taxi etc. Loved our stay and highly recommend!

Breakfast was disappointing, the food and the restaurant staff’s behaviour could be better.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Everything about it. The room, its view. The pools súper nice. The beach is not that long but its nice and quiet. There are a few restaurants,m walking distance also really good.

We enjoyed it.

Breakfast was very rich - asian and also western style. Staff was very kind, polite and smiling. But at the egg station not. :D Hotel has very nice view from apartments. The nearest beach close to the hotel was super amazing - almost empty and in the see were high waves every day.

Perfect place for couples - awesome beach and close to a great village

The staff were phenomenal, the beach and location next to the village was perfect, breakfast buffet was lovely, and the room was very comfortable. We were there for New Years Eve and the event and dinner was included in our room stay that evening which was a nice touch. The fitness facility had everything needed for a good workout. We loved everything!

That they were sold out when we wanted to extend our stay! :-D

1 night at Panviman

In-room dining and Breakfast were great with friendly staff, nice location, and view. Lots of chargers, and a USB charger which is suit person who came for work, like me.

The hotel area is broad and high, might not suitable for elders or children because a lot of stairs here, but it will be good for a person who loves walking and a bit climbing. The wifi connection was unstable for the person who stays in a corner room.

Excellent food and staff.

Quiet location, staff are excellent, food is superb. Wifi is very reliable. Rooms are clean. I would return again to stay but not at higher prices.

The hotel is looking a bit old now, but they have reflected this in pricing so you accept it, it could do with a refurbishment if the plan is to charge more post covid. The hotel is quiet with a few rooms being used and general cleaning/tidying around public areas could be better. Our pool was a bit dirty day 1 but was cleaned second day.

Breakfast was great but repetative, same every day, beach was spotless with wonderful views of the bay, ocean and natural beauty of the jungle, all rooms have ocean view, perfect place for romantic week. It was nice to have the island almost to yourself.

The lunch and dinner menu were exactly the same with limited choice so ok if you ae spending a couple of nights but any more than that and it gets boring, the resort boasts 3 restuarants but because of the current covid situation there was only one open, also there is no entertainment at the moment. Although I understand that it is difficult for businesses at the moment and they are quiet, I think they should inform people of the restricted services at time of booking.

Memorable stay in a resort almost all for us.

Great location, I would recommend the Villa with Pool for its view and privacy. Good restaurant with attentive staff.

The pool of our Villa could have been cleaned more frequently. The gym could have been cleaner, however I understand that the number of staff members was reduced due to COVID-19 pandemic and to the lack of guests.

Really Nice Stay

The staff was great, the 5 different pillow types to choose from was awesome and the view was fantastic. The private pool and tub were both big and comfortable. There were some nice restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was not a buffet. We could choose from an American, Thai or Continental set breakfast each morning so we ended up having the same breakfast everyday. The internet in the room is not powerful enough to stream video and the signal is weak outside around the private pool so we used our hot-spots and our own data most of the stay.
